Quality Policy

The Quality Management System implemented by VIATA complies with the requirements specified in the Standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the activity of Design, Marketing, Implementation and Technical Assistance of Integrated Solutions in the area of information systems and technologies. To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), VIATA defends, encourages and reinforces the following intentions:

  • Provide high quality service and product solutions to Costumers, satisfying their specific needs, and supporting them with effective and qualified pre and post sales assistance;
  • Promote the motivation and participation of all company employees, encouraging initiative, team work, professional training and high technical and human competence;
  • Continuously improve processes and services as a fundamental tool for increasing efficiency, increasing competitiveness and customer loyalty. To do this, involve and motivate the collaboration of the entire team to always achieve continuous improvement;
  • Focous on the creation and reinforcement of partnerships, continuing to present technologically advanced solutions to the market;
  • Minimize the environmental impacts resulting from the activity and implement rational use of natural resources through appropriate internal environmental management practices;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable requirements, including legal, regulatory and normative requirements;
  • Audit the system annually to ensure the correct implementation of improvements and commitments made by the Board;
  • Review and improve annually the correct functioning of the Quality Management System.
