Data protection
All the data present in Viata’s various systems and databases have been collected through contractual relationships and professional interventions with our customers. Its use is simply for the purposes mentioned above.

Your data may be deleted at any time, provided that you express this wish in writing. In this way, Viata is governed by compliance with the law in force, that is, Law 67/98, of 26 October, rectified by Law No. 103/2015, of 24/08.

After 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016, which establishes and standardises the processing and protection of personal data, will apply.

We guarantee from now on that your personal data will not be transferred to a third party company, much less marketed. On the other hand, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of your messages that are sent via email because they are essential for the normal functioning of the company.

Viata will keep your personal data for the period necessary to provide services, invoice and comply with legal obligations and for marketing purposes “related to our area of activity”. The databases are safeguarded and protected so that there is no leakage or misuse. In this sense, there are safeguards in accordance with the Intellectual Property Protection Code and legislation in force.

Currently, Viata uses the essential personal data for the user to prepare a request for information about the products we sell, such as:

Name: essential to identify the order and the customer.
Email: essential to contact the customer and respond to the request made.
Company: essential to identify the order and the customer.

How do we protect your data?
Your data is protected by the legislation referred to above. In addition, they are stored in a space where only the data protection officer has access or certain persons mentioned for this purpose. We intend to avoid at all costs the total or partial leakage of your customers’ personal data.

No additional techniques will be performed to acquire your personal data and extraordinary information. We also add that we do not use any techniques to change or modify your personal data.

The collection of your data will only be carried out with your consent. The use of this data is for intercompany communication only.

Viata is protected by Portuguese and international law on copyright protection, data protection and intellectual property protection. All content, images and videos were designed in-house by the brand. It is essential to reflect that any changes to it are condemned under the law in force.

Viata may have the right to modify any texts, images or videos, whenever it deems desirable or opportune.
